Diabo 3 to arrive in Xbox 360 and Playstation 3

Something exciting will arrive in your Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 before they are replaced with newermore modern consoles. Blizzard has confirmed that Diablo 3, the world’s fastest-selling PC game, would be available on these two consoles starting this fall.
Owners of Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 would be able to enjoy the full Diablo 3 experience, but without the keyboard-smashing moments as the game is tailored for “gamepad-driver action.” The game can accept up to four players and host it either on the same screen or online.
“Playing Diablo III on a big screen with your friends brings a whole new level of intensity to the game,” said Blizzard’s CEO Mike Morhaime in a statement. “And with all of the control and interface adaptations we’ve made, it’s extremely fun to play on PS3 and Xbox 360.”
Morhaime added that the console version would include “major content and design updates” they have made on the PC version of Diablo 3 since last year, as well as some “fine-tuning” that would set it apart from the popular PC time waster.
One of the features from the PC version that allegedly would be removed from the console version is the much-dreaded “Real Money Auction House,” where high-level items are being offered at as high as $250 worth of in-game gold, which players purchase using their credit cards.
Diablo 3 for consoles will retail for $59.99, with both the Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 versions will drop simultaneously on September 3.
